How it works
The goal was to replace scattered notes and spreadsheets with one connected workflow.
- Built an analytics dashboard tracking total interviews, average ratings per role, and interviewer activity.
- Added time-to-hire insights alongside the interview data.
- Built live video and text response capture in the same interview flow.
Why I built it
Interview panels usually end up with scattered notes, inconsistent ratings across interviewers, and spreadsheets that get out of date, making it hard to compare candidates fairly or measure hiring speed.
How I approached it
I built role-based question generation and live response capture into one browser-based session, then layered an analytics dashboard on top so interview data turns into real hiring insights instead of scattered notes.
