How it works

The client needed one connected view of their operations instead of several disconnected ones.

• Delivered real-time data visualization across the consultancy's operations.
• Built custom report generation.
• Built role-based access control so different user levels only see what's relevant to them.
• Kept end-to-end type safety from the Node.js backend through to the React frontend.

Why I built it

The consultancy was tracking operations across scattered spreadsheets and disconnected tools, with no single dashboard giving leadership real visibility or letting different roles see only what applied to them.

How I approached it

I built a Node.js and React stack with strict type safety end to end, then layered in real-time visualization, custom reporting, and role-based access so the dashboard could serve every user level from one codebase.
